I really want to accelerate my results and as many of us are aware of, even though work-out is great for achieveng the results diet is also a very important factor. I'd like to know which kind of food should I avoid and which should I try consuming (and in what portions) as well as to know about any other progress-hampering eating habits, would also like to know if anyone here has tried any supplement which have yielded really good (or at least not useless) results when taken (and obviously working out).
Edit: I don't really wanna be bulky, I just want a bit more of corporal volume and well defined musculature.
