Ok so here's my diet
BREAKFAST( I choose ONE daily)
- Oatmeal (42) w/ 1 cup almond milk (60), water, 1/2 banana (90)
- 1 cup Special K Red Berries cereal (110) w/ 1/2 cup almond milk (40), low fat Yoplait yogurt (100) OR piece of fruit (90) water
- Smoothie made w/ 1 cup frozen fruit (200) and 1 cup yogurt (100), water
LUNCH (I choose ONE daily)
Salad w/ healthy fixings, 1/2 granola bar, water
Vegetarian patty on 1 piece of pita bread stuffed w/ lettuce, small salad, water
Soup, salad, piece of fruit, water
DINNER (I choose ONE daily)
Small Caesar salled w/ healthy fixings, vegetarian nuggets/cut up patty tossed in w/ lettuce, water
Vegetarian patty inbetween 2 pita bread pockets stuffed w/ lettuce, melted low fat string cheese, small salad, water
Soup, salad, piece of fruit, water
Vegetarian patty/nuggets, vegetables, salad, water
Vegetables, side salad, some fruit, water
WORKOUT
Mon, Wed, Fri- Cardio & strength training
Tue, Thur, Sat. & Sun- Straight cardio (elliptical, treadmill etc)
@Danielle: I live in So Cal so yes I do live near a Crossfit. I go to 24 Hour Fitness now though.
@Danielle: OMFG I just realized I have a crossfit right by my college AND like 15 minutes from my house! Maybe after my 2 year membership 2/ 24 Hour is up I'll try Crossfit. Thanks for the rec <3
