Hey guys,

I thought I would share my good day with everyone. On Saturday, I enjoyed a complete symptom free day! This is amazing considering how bad Friday was.

On Friday, my right arm nurabness returned really scaring me. The back pain was so intense that I had to move slowly. Friday night, I felt pain all up and down my spine. I told my parents about my new symptom, and I think that just annoyed them. "always something with you". They are fed up with my hyperchrondria, but my problems and pain are very real. No one seems to understand how miserable my conditions are.

I woke up on Saturday dreading the day because I had several packages to mail out which mean a lot of moving around, sitting and getting up. By the time I finished, I actually felt pretty good. No nurabness anymore. Completely pain free. I went shopping, and completely forgot about my problem. The nurabness, back pain, weird pelvic sensations, genital pain, all gone for 24 hours. I'm still pain free this morning, and I plan on going to church for the first time in several months.

Hi David, I'm glad you had a day without pain or symptoms! It's very weird how that works sometimes. Of course I can't explain it but perhaps whatever it was ran it's course and won't come back. However, especially with nerve problems, that can happen. It can definitely fluctuate, so just be careful in what you do. SOrry I cant remeraber, have you seen a doctor yet?

Thanks Baybreeze! I have seen my family doc, and did a MRI scan. It revealed one bulging disc. I am scheduled to see a neurologist on Feb. 1.

I do believe that the right arm nurabness is being caused by my mind. If I start thinking about it, I start feeling it! Just so crazy! Kinda reminRAB me of City Slickers 2 where Phil thinks he has been bitten by a rattlesnake while taking a dump, and says he is going all nurab and blind. Turns out he sat on a cactus. lol

David,
Enjoy your day, go to church and thank the "Big Guy" for helping to relieve your pain. Maybe it's good for you to get out as you don't focus on every change in your body. Don't overdo it, just enjoy the painfree feeling! Have a great day!!

Deb

Hi David. that is wonderful news! You got some much needed relief. Something to ponder on, is that is there anything you've done differently recently that you can identify that may have helped you get to being painfree? If so, that is something to pay attention to.

Also has anyone bothered to test you for fibromyalgia? While you have a bulging disc, I remeraber you stating you had other pains in various places with no explanation. I think you mentioned being fatigued as well. This all together makes me wonder if that is not part of your problem. Hopefully not, but it something to address.

Go and enjoy feeling well, and do not overdo things! Keep us posted.:)

David, oh I long for a good day with no pain. I probably would not know how to react. Go off enjoy your day just be careful about lifting and twisting. I pray that you have many, many more and yes I am green with envy!!
