GOOD covers of BAD songs

So a few weeks ago I heard this version of Kelly Clarkson's "Since You've Been Gone."
Wish I could remeraber who did it. A Day To Remeraber?
Anyways, I really liked it! lol

Golden Shower of Hits (Jerks on 45) - The Circle Jerks

A medley of six cover songs, performed by The Circle Jerks, telling the story of a couple who meet, fall in love, have sex, have an unplanned pregnancy, get married, and wind up divorced.

Here are the songs, in order...

1.Along Comes Mary - The Association
2.Close to You - The Carpenters
3.Afternoon Delight - Starland Vocal Band
4.Having My Baby - Paul Anka and Odia Coates
5.Love Will Keep Us Together - Captain & Tennille
6.D-I-V-O-R-C-E - Tammy Wynette

I thought the Jack Holmes original of D&C is good but anyone who says its better than Zeps version is just being a pretentious twat I think.

Hell f*cking no, that version is a funny novelty but in the end they took a great pop song and turned it into a generic nu metal thing, blaaaaaaaaaah.

Jackson version wipes the f*cking floor with it.

Heavier =/= Edgier =/= Better
