get the second one!! you want a high amount of memmory (ram) and a fast cpu (2.5 and above!!) also you want a good video card with at least (512mb but i would go for a gigabyte!!)

you know that that has very low RAM i would suggest a minimum of 2GB of RAM these days as there is soo much that you may do with the computer at once. The RAM stores all temporary data
