im from east coast and im looking for colleges, mainly in west coast..
would it be hard to get into UC colleges as an out of state.
but my problem is money
my parents cant really support me..
what are some good colleges that give you a lot of money for out of state ?
im planning to major in chemE or chemistry.
and my SAT is 1800-1900s and GPA 3.8..
