I'm probably in for a slapping but...

Fist of the North Star/Hokuto no Ken characters. Oh, the manliness shrunken down and converted into superdeformed plushiness!

I'd love to see Kenshiro in multiple versions along with Bart/Bat, Lynn, Lui, Rei, Ryuga, Juza, Ein, Falco, Kaioh, Hyoh, and Shachi. (And possibly Yuda/Juda and Jagi just for the lol factor.)

And City Hunter plush! Ryo Saeba and Kaori. Heck, even Umibozu would look ridiculously fun.
 
From Bleach...Yoruichi in cat form (I have one of her as a human,but have never seen one of the cat)...I like black cats ....

Kagura from InuYasha...Just because she's one of my favorite characters from the series...
 
I've seen that one, and a question, is Banpresto (sp?) legit?

Because I see so many plushes in the same style as Yoruichi, and I can never tell if they're fake or legit.
 
Seconded. He should also have another button that sings "Excalibur, Excalibur. From the United King...." (and you know the rest)

I want a plushie of every Rie Kugimiya tsundere role ever. They could all have a chip so that I could hear "Urusai, Urusai, Urusai" over and over again...*sigh*

I also want Kamen Rider plushies if they make them.

I would've suggested Light, but it appears there already is one.
Because we all need a miniature serial killer to cuddle with.

I'm going to say, Plue from Rave Master.
That would be amazing.
Another thing I'd like to see made, a Viral plushie.
