good chance i am pregnant. can someone tell me the effects of pregnancy tests?

i have a multitude of symptoms and if i am id only be three weeks almost a month along. I have had:
-spotting
-fatigue
-hunger
-bloatedness
-heat
-dizziness
-nausea but no vomiting
-sore/ heavy breasts
- lower back pains
-also the smell of iron in my nose

how often are positive answers incorrect? and other things would help please
