Hi, i decided i wanted to make some 3D models of some of my sketches, and i was wondering if anyone knew any good programs to do this? Like some that allow for high detailed aspects like skin texture and hair? also, something not too expensive, hopefully something under 200. Free being the best. also what type of specifications my computer would need.
