I'm planning to surprise my Fiancée for Valentines Day this year by taking her to a British Style Tea House, even if I have to leave the state. She loves hot tea (a rarity for TX) and we are both crazy about England.
What I'm looking for is a nice preferably romantic (negotiable) atmosphere type restaurant that acts primarily like a British Tea House (I know cliche, but like you see in all of the movies about England).
Price is not a concern, I would prefer a more elegant atmosphere so I am more than prepared to pay whatever it costs.
This might seem like a silly question but if you suggest a place/site could you please say if you have been there (if so what the dress is).
