good breakfest toeat before dance?

Something light, fillings and have carbs.
If you ask me oatmeal with fruit would be perfect. The oatmeal and fruit have fiber which keep you full longer, and they have the right amount of carbs to give you energy. Also it tastes really yummy. If you want coffee ,try to skip caffeinated coffee, it will only make you jittery. They to drink two cups of juice or water before hand so you will be hydrated and be at your best.
