Good Authors for teens?

im into realistic fiction is what the teachers call it.. i read all of the little house on the prarie books(laura Ingalls). i read all of the twilight books(stephanie meyers). now im starting on the Heaven series( V. C. Andrews.) im only on the first book,, if any of you have read it. do u know the names of the other books.. or any good authors/ books that are like any of these, that i would like..

im a 13 yr old girl
 
the Host - same author as Twilight. it took me a few months to get into it. i read the first few chapters and then put it down. but once i started reading (got past the slow start) i loved it. i personally think its better then Twilight.

and i just finished reading the first 2 books The Hunger Games. (3rd one not out yet)
they are amazing some od my new favorites. by Suzanne Collins
