Good Accoustic Songs

Adrian Legg - Wine Women and Waltz, probably one of the best lesser known acoustic players. He does some interesting things with tunings

jethro tull - thick as a brick
jethro tull - dun ringill
jethro tull - wond'ring aloud
jethro tull - witch's promise

my dad is a huge jethro tull fan so i grew up listening to them and playing their stuff. their acoustic stuff definately got my chops up to par.....it's all fucking great.

trying to learn that on guitar.... such a bitch. great song for finger picking practice though.

My vote is for the whole elliott smith - either/or album.

Anything off of Opeth's "Damnation"
"Passing Afternoon" by Iron and Wine
"The Scientist (Coldplay cover)" by Johnette Napolitano and Danny Lohner
