Gone off coleslaw and cooked ham - kept in fridge at 4 degress and made with

pasturised dairy products.? We found a tub of month old coleslaw and a packet of cooked processed square ham at the back of the fridge. What bacteria may have grown on it? The coleslaw looks brown but does not smell at all and the ham looks exactly like it did when we bought it. Of course it will be thrown away but i have OCD about germs and touching it is a huge anxiety.

Please only sensible answers.
