Goldmember question

When austin and his Father are in Goldmembers office there is a joke which goes along the lines of Goldmember offering austin a smoke and a pancake, a bong and a blinsk etc, just wondering if theres something im missin here as i dont get it.........austin says " thats not right" at the end which ive always taken to mean the offerings were some kind of sexual joke i dont get, or is it just a dutch thing ?

I think it relates to the Dutch custom of smoking cannabis and getting the munchies (i.e. pancake) or eating hash cake. I'm not sure exactly what the lines are but it's probably to do this.
