Gold fish with brown brownish black sposts on him?

I have a gold fish and a black moor sharing a very large fish tank, has everying you need filter and fresh water, i've had these fish for almost a month now, But my gold fish is starting to get a blackesh/brownish spots on him, there doesnt appear to be anything on the black moor, and there is nothing on the fake plants, gravel or tank its self just on the one gold fish, there is no other fish in this tank besides the two. Both fish are still very active like the first day i got them but the gold one is developing brown and black spots on him at a slow rate, what is wrong with my gold fish?
 
Most likely, it's ammonia burns. THe black is actually the healing stage. Check your ammonia and nitrite levels, make sure both are reading 0 ppm. The ammonia may be passed by now, since as I stated, the black is the healing part. But, you may be showing nitrites. Have you have the goldfish longer than the black moor? If yes, or no, then it is because they are dating! So you should put them in seperate tanks, or the goldfish might pass away. This is what happened to me and my goldfish. :(
