gold fish keep dyeing?

i have the right size tank a filter and air 1 plant and stone on bottom but they still keep dyeing i don't feed them too much i have gold fish in my pound that are doing very well had them a long time but can't keep them in house. help plezzz
 
Check the pH level of your water...

If that isn't the problem, scour out the tank before you put another fish in it...there might be a fungus or other disease that the water is filled with.
 
if you do everything right fish will live for over10 years. If one or two fish died then it's may be has been a sick fish to start with or didn't handle transportation/rehoming stress to well. Looks like it's not the case and in fact it's either you doing something wrong or fish prefers to die than live in your right size tank with a filter air and 1 plant. I think it's first. Give us more details and someone will point you in right direction
