gold fish goldfish breeding?

Is there anyway to subtitue having them go threw winter and maybe have them just in really cold water if so what should it be at how many degrees?

Also if you got any tips or ideas on breeding goldfish easyaly then leave some info ( i do not have the ability to put them in my pond durring the winter i have no heater)

well just keep your room at like 60 degrees for like a week or two then slowly get the water to like 78
