Help my son says this is the place to find out.

I'm going with Verizon, and I'm going to use this for my only phone and internet connection hopefully BT to my laptop. I can use all the help thanks so much in advance.

II'm in Oregon if that helps

Well if bluetooth is your only requirment you have to many choices....

go to www.verizonwireless.com and check them phones out. 95% of them have bluetooth.

I would say go for the V3m. It now supports Obex and has a mp3 player and expandable memory slot.

But again like I said you have plenty of options.

I understand there are lots of phones with BT, I guess what I'm asking is with all that's out there and the format verizon uses, what's going to give me the most stable connectivity, and my son was saying something about maybe getting a dual band? gms / what ever verizon is I rent a basement apartment. Thank you for your in put

You might want a tri mode phone there is no tri mode that has bt the v325 is a good solid build phone if you need bt then get you a v710 off ebay or something if you need the tri band. If you dont another good phone for reception is the e815 that is 49.99 with 2 year plan right now and it gets good signal but its only digital.

OK maybe I don't need BT is teathering does it slow the connection other then having to hook it up I mean speed of the connection. I just want a phone that is going to do what I want which is give me a good connection to the internet ya know not a lot of bumps and phone service. Thanks

Still I go with the V3m. With Motorola Phone tools its fairly easy to connect to the internet. Plug in a Mini usb cable like form a digi camera to the phone and you hook it up to the computer just like a camera. The computer normally recognizes and downloads the phone drivers.

When your in MPT you have the option to connect to the internet. You just click that icon and it connects.

I have done that both with my V3c and V3i.
