Going to Vegas for two nights..Where the cheap buffet?

I am heading out sunday for two night in vegas, but only have about $300...we don't really gamble so we should be ok. This is only my second time there, any suggestions on cheap food, buffets and shows?
 
Sam's Town has a really nice inexpensive buffet. It's about ten minutes away from the strip.
You can have plenty of fun just walking around the different buildings, and often times there are people handing out free tickets to certain shows.

As a side note Jerry's nugget has the best pizza I've ever had.
