I started getting back into the workout routine 2 days ago.. So i got into it and had a good workout, and the next day im sore.. (of course), It was pretty bad so i decided to take the day off. Today im still really sore, but im eager to get back into going to the gym.. (i know in the beginning is when you get sore the worst, so i was expecting this..)
Its my understanding that when your sore its because your muscles have been torn down to build themselves back up stronger. So say if i go to workout again today, would that be a good or bad thing..?
