Hello, I really want to drop 2 dress sizes, And I've decided that I will be attending the gym for 1hour and a half 3 times a week, where I do 30 minutes of cycling, 30minutes of cross-training, 10 minutes of step ups, 10 minutes of arm exercises and 10minutes on the treadmill. I will also be accompanying my exercise with a 1000 calorie controlled diet. Will this enable me to lose the dress sizes by one month??
90 minutes is a good time. I do that 6 days a week with one rest day where I just walk 5 laps or do yoga. 1000 is gonna be hard to follow, maybe 1200 is more doable. But I definetely say about 6 times a week to exercise because it's been working
