Hello,
I really want to drop 2 dress sizes, And I've decided that I will be attending the gym for 1hour and a half 3 times a week, where I do 30 minutes of cycling, 30minutes of cross-training, 10 minutes of step ups, 10 minutes of arm exercises and 10minutes on the treadmill. I will also be accompanying my exercise with a 1000 calorie controlled diet. Will this enable me to lose the dress sizes by one month??
