going to the gym 3 times a day!?

Im 17 years old and im 280 pounds, 5'11 and well im an Endomorph. Ive been going for about a week now and im going everyday. Well i go like at 4 pm and i do 40 minutes of cardio and 30-50 minutes of weights, and 2 jacobs ladders. Im starting to eat 6 small meals a day to raise my metabolism. By 9pm i have lots of energy to go to the gym again. Is it safe that i go? i would like to do 30 minutes of cardio and atleast 20 minutes of weights. I also would like to do this in the morning like at 8am. would it be dafe for me to do this? i really would like to get rid of all this excess weight and turn it into muscle. My gym is open 24 hours so i can go whenever, and also i have to go for 20 months since i signed a contract. does anyone think that i can have great improvements within those twenty months?
i also drink A LOT of water a day! i drink 4-5 water bottles that hold 1.5 liters. is that enough? or should i do more? or less?
