Going to Geneva on October 31?

I'm going on a school trip to geneva and I'll be arriving on November 1st. It says the mid temperature will be about 4-5 degrees Celsius. Is that cold? And if it is, whatkind of clothing should I take (scarfs, gloves, jackets). Also will it be snowing?
