Going to court for speeding ticket? What to expect?

Im going to court tomorrow for a speeding ticket. i was going 17 over. I have a clean record. How does this whole thing work? I plan on pleading not guilty but what happends when i get there. What will the judge ask me? Etc, Please help! Thanks
Will the judge also see its my birthday tomorrow so would that help? lol.. I know they ask how i plead, then i say not guilty.. then what??? thanks

If you really were speeding just plead guilty. Unless you can prove you weren't.

If you plead not guilty then it will go to trial, they will bring in the officer and attempt to prove that you were guilty.
