ok, i want to go to praise camp and it last for a week but that means that i cant workout or exercise the way i do at home for an entire week and the foods there are not that healthy!! i scare that i will gain weight and will lose muscle when i come back from camp so is there any tips to still stay fit and not gain any weight??? or should i not go there at all??10 point to the best answers!!!!
