It is rather formal yes. It is matching suit jacket and bottoms; if you are female then im sure a pencil/ tulip skirt is aloud. it is also worn with a white blouse; shirt. If you wish to be fashionable then i suggest you get maybe a navy boyfriend blazer ( you can find them every where; may i suggest new look for cheap one) and n oversized shirt that is tucked into the high wasted pencil skirt that comes above the knee so you do not look short.
