Going shopping...

I love to find clearance sales... I bought some Halloween stuff on sale the other day... and lots of half-price Halloween candy ;)
 
The school I work at is holding a contest for the best web and graphic design entry. It was my mission to go out and buy engraved crystal awards for the winners. That was a different shopping trip! (!)
 
Based on all the stuff that I bought but haven't had a chance to use yet, I think I need to quit shopping for a while. :lol:
 
I buy a lot of cat food too. My kitten is about to turn one and I hope he isn't a picky eater so I don't have to try out a lot of different kinds of food on him.
I bought moisturizer today :lol: That's all I've bought since I bought my smoothie. Tomorrow is payday, though, so I have to be good. It's very tempting to go shopping when I have money in the bank but I try to put as much of it as I can into my savings account and I need to pay my cell phone bill this month too.
 
That's very sensible. :nod: I'd like to be better at saving money like that.

I had to stop at the Winn Dixie last night for cat food and had the suprising experience of being surrounded by a bunch of men speaking Russian...not something I've ever heard in my small Southern town. Not sure why they were here.

Seems like I'm always having to buy cat food, though.

2 sapphire blue Almay mascaras
a shiny gold and rhinestone hair barrette
Burt's Bees Milk & Honey Lotion
black amethyst nail polish
and an orange pottery tea mug
