So far I only got the basics-a box for a package of gifts that's I've had ready for months, and stamps.

Got most of my Christmas ornaments in November. My favorite, the ones I decorated my chandelier in my room with.
 
I just bought 40 pounds of sphagnum, 200 pounds of manure, a rosemary plant, and a pretty sparkly barrette.

:lol: What a combination! But the good news is that I'm starting my vegetable garden today. :yay:
 
I haven't bought much of anything recently. I'm trying to save up money because I'm moving in June and I want to be able to take care of moving costs and to pay for rent and utilities before I get my first paycheck. I did buy a banana and strawberry smoothie from Smoothie King on Monday that was very good, though. And, while I bought them a while back, I finally got my Girl Scout Cookies on Monday, so I've been enjoying those.
 
There was s special sale today at the local shops, so I had fun looking at all the good mark-downs. :nod: I bought a pair of glass bird-shaped candle-holders, a Saints tee shirt, and some guest towels.

Yesterday I got a Liz Claiborne dress for only $11.99! :yay:

I just love it when stuff is on sale. :glow:
 
I went to Wal mart today and bought groceries. Saturday I went out and bought 5 pairs of earrings :D
 
I need to go shopping today to buy ingredients to make fudge and cookies but it's raining so hard that I don't think I can go to the store. :irked:
 
Finished all my Christmas shopping today. :D

Got for friends:
- DKNY Be Delicious perfume
- Marc Jacobs Lola perfume
- Philosophy bath gel and Sephora makeup remover
- Team Edward New Moon shirt
- Fossil wristlet

And then for myself:
- Bose mobile in-earphones
- North Face snowboots
- Armani makeup
- Button-up shirt

I'm banning myself from shopping for a while now. :look:
 
I just got home from Winn Dixie where I bought lots of fresh veg and a bag of King Arthur Bread Flour.

Now I'm gonna go make a huge pot of veggie soup and a loaf of bread. :)
 
I went shopping last night at the Night of Giving and finished up almost all of my Christmas shopping. I just have a few more items to get :)
 
:look: Am I the only one who goes shopping?

Anyway, I went to a yard sale Saturday and got a nifty piece of Farberware for just $3...and I know that it's worth about $50. :D (Farberware is nifty 1950's aluminum dishware--very retro and :cool: )
 
That sounds fun! :nod: My Nana used to give me "happy money" like that sometimes , too.

....I went on a bit of a shopping binge the other day and bought....um....well....okay, I admit it: nine books... :innocent:

Well, I also did some shopping on Friday and got the following:

A pair of jeans with a free shirt - $9
2 jackets for my daughter - $6
2 packs of batteries - $5
1 TB external hard rive - $60
Dirt Devil vacuum cleaner - $25
DVD player - $20
100 pack of blank DVDs - $15
 
I went to WalMart the other day (really do NOT like shopping there) to buy a new litter box for Daisy.
 
I went to Macy's with the intention of starting my Christmas shopping but walked out with the following:

-A coat
-5 shirts
-Shiesdo Make-up
-Perfume
-Shoes
-Jewelry

None of which were for anyone but myself. I guess it's back to the mall this weekend.
