ok so I want to go somewhat platinum blonde like not white but really blonde like this:

I have light brown dirty blonde hair with a full head of highlights. The products I have to bleach is:
Hi-Lift blue powder bleach
Hi-Lift 20 (6%) volume peroxide if I need a toner I'll buy it after.
Will the 20 Volume be enough??? If so how long should I leave it in for??
And does it matter that I have a full head of foils in my hair and I bleach over it (half of the foils are bleached the other it actual tint colour)
P.S please answer my questions and no lecture on damaged hair because I for one don't care if I have to shave my hair due to damage as my hair grows fast and hair is just hair. And no I refuse to go to a hairdresser AGAIN and pay hundreds of dollars for something I didn't/don't want!

Little sparrow not completely directed at you it's just I recently went to a hairdresser paid lots of money for something I didn't want went back and still didn't get what I want so I don't really want to hear about going there in general. Sorry if it came off as rude not my intention and I appreciate that you had a look and answered my question
