I'm going hiking in two months and I'm out of shape. I have been going to the gym for a couple of months but I'm not seeing much difference so i think I'm doing something wrong.
I'm 14 and a girl so I don't wan to build up any muscle or look masculine plus I want to look good for the summer. Can anyone suggest a workout, not too strict, that I can follow to help me prepare for the hike.....thank s =]
