going camping in december with 4other girls good or bad?

my friends asked weather i want to go camping with her, she didnt say wiht who but said with some of her friends so i was like what the heck i know its going to be cold but still thought can kick back and go fishing and drink a couple beers with the guys. but later i found out that it was me her and 3 of her friends who are girls. and i doubt that none of them even know how to put up a tent and surprised they camping in the woods instead of a mall. so shall i call it off?
because it looks like i'll be the one doing all the work, or should i ask her weather its ok to bring one of my friends too
 
Yea definitely ask one or two of your guy friends to come along and then tell ur friend that u have a couple of friends interested in comin and that u hope thats ok.
