Going camping, can I sleep with makeup on?

Leaving your make-up on will make no difference. I have been camping quite alot recently and always leave my make-up on while i'm there and it hasn't affected me so far. Have fun. :)

I'm going camping in about 2 weeks and I know that it'll be into the wee hours of the morning until I go to bed, at which point I know I either won't want to take my makeup off or the bathrooms will be closed. Is this such a bad thing if I do it for 4 nights and then wash my face in the morning? Otherwise I always remove my makeup.

No, its not bad. As long as you wash your face once a day you'll be fine. Bring anti-bacterial wipes to refresh. Using organic make-up will lessen the risk of break outs!

I would recommend cleaning your face before going to bed... There are great products out there for water-free cleansing, like makeup removal pads that are pre-soaked with makeup remover. You can hardly mess it up - just swipe & you're done.

Because if you sleep in your makeup, you run the risk of clogging your pores, bacteria entering your eyes (from the eye makeup), and the makeup will also contribute to deepening your wrinkles if it stays on the surface of your skin too long.

Happy camping!

Buy cleansing wipes. They're great. No water and soap needed and only take a minute or two to use.

There's nothing really bad about leaving make up on overnight but it can ruin your pillow and wont do your skin any favours.

Buy a packet of baby or face wipes. You can get special make up ones, and they leave your face clean and refreshed. Best of all, they are only 1-2 euros. Or whatever that is in your currency, I don't know...
