I work in manufacturing. I want to get a technician's position where I work, but the requirement are the usual two-years B.S. technical degree. Black Belt, Green Belt certifications where also listed as a plus. However, I think they're a bit lenient for current employees as my friend got a technician's position with an ITT degree( ITT is to expensive for me.) My question is: what is the cheapest and quickest route I can take? Thanks!
