basically i was in a car accident and broke my elbow. im still wearing a temporary cast and i get the fiberglass cast put on next week.. i don't want to go back to school but i have midterms coming up so i have to go back monday. im worried about going to school as my arm is really sore and hurts when its not elevated. in addition i severely sprained my ankle too so im wearing a boot on my foot..
i guess im just having anxiety about going back to school. what can i do to help ease the pain and make the transition a bit easier?
