Goddamnit, not now!

I know it could be something else. I was just saying I have all the symptoms of Carpal.

Anyway, my hand is feeling a little better in that it's back to just tingling, not being numb anymore. It's easier to make a fist too. Gripping small items with my right hand is still a bit of a challenge, but it's slightly easier. So, I'm going to wait a few days on going to see the nurse. See if it goes away. If it goes away I'll chalk it up to poor circulation and everything will be cool again.

Edit: Nvm, thanks to Tostig's pushing I'm still going to the nurse today.

wow tiger im really sorry :'[

I kinda know how that feels and it sucks ass. I have arthritis and for no reason during the day my fingers and wrist will start to hurt. Even more so when I finish playing my bass.

I know how it is and sorry tiger. The most I can say is to go to a doctor and get some meds to help the numbness.

Well, here's the update: I went to the nurse, and she told me to take ibuproffen three times a day, keep my hand wrapped or in a brace, and baby it. If it persists I'm supposed to go and see the nurse practicioner. A whole lot of nothing really helpful. Woo. So, I have to wait and see what happens.

Then we wish that your wrist becomes better! Indeed, it would be terrible if you had Carpal, let's hope you don't get it, eh? :hug2:

Update: Saw a doctor about my hand. It is the beginnings of Carpal Tunnel. He told me to keep wearing my brace for another month, and if my hand isn't better by the time I see him again on June 30 then we're going to discuss surgery.

Sidenote: During this very same visit I was put on an anti-depressant. The doctor gave me Lexapro. Has anyone else ever taken this?
