yeah when she kept pulling wheel, i was getting really pissed. after that I just went really slow to avoid hitting pedestrians or cops

I never hit any cops and passed it the first time but I could see how that could get in the way.

Just don't go too fast and stay away from cop cars until you punch her, then haul ass.

I ran into her later in the game as one of those side missons (where you see a little green person icon on your minimap). I figured it would be like the other side-missions... nope. She starts throwing a fit then calls for everyone and a shitload of Italians roll out with big guns.

I was on foot at the time to, and sooooo wasn't expecting that
