GOD OF WAR 2 QUESTION....?

I need help. In the game i am here: AREA: WATERWAYS ;TURNSTILES AND WATERWAYS PUZZLE SOLUTION: I am at the part to where i pull the lever and I am supposed to make a quick dash to the other end, but i have been doing it over and over. I need some help, better yet can someone do this for me? but seriously help.
I have read the walk through, all it says is i am supposed to make a quick dash
 
i remember this i had the same proplemwith it too but i took my tome and thougt it through

ok look around and to the left u see a wall break it and kill the 2 monsters then u should see a dead body in there
well set the swiches to the proper spots then get the items in the chests bu the to left corner have to shoot it out first
go to the dead body and pick it up then drop it in the water u should see it move if not move it closet to the wall then go to the other side to the right swich and whate a minut. u should see athe bodu in the water moving pick it up and drop it on the swich then go to the middle swich and stand on it then there u go
dont worry if u miss it on the right side it gos around again
 
i think i know where you are

the last turnstile you spin starts the timer
after turning it press L1 and R1 together to slow down time and then run
it will probably take you a few tries
