When we discuss hell on this forum, a lot of you think we're talking about the burning, when in fact most of the time it's refering to just the grave.
If you mean grave, then just say grave. That would keep the confusion down for the unlearned.
Whe Jesus when in to the deep to speak to the dead...that was their grave He visited, not the (infernal fire pit).
He went there to tell them about His salvation.
I Peter3: 18-(19). Prison (grave).
That's whylater on the word said, "Hell will not hold us.
Death, where is thy sting. The(grave) will not hold us captive.
