Hello!
I have a huge problem with connecting my LG to PC. When i connected my phone to pc for the first time it start to download drivers automaticly so it said:
Downloading drivers.........OK
Intalling drivers...............FAILED
I'm using WINDOWS 7 operating system so it has installed WINDOWS MOBILE CENTER already. This phone can't be connected as "removable drive" and it must pass SYNC with computer if i want to share files. It can't pass sync because it hasn't drivers intalled and my PC doesn't recognize the phone. I've bought this phone mainly because of 5mpx camera and i don't have use of it if i can't transfer pictures to my PC >_< !
I've tried few solutions but it still won't work:
Solution 1:
Reconnect cable with restarting PC and phone......FAILED
Solution 2:
Connecting phone to my laptop and friends PC......FAILED
Solution 3:
"START>Devices and Printers" and i see my device there and it's labeled "Windows mobile adapter" or something like that. It has yellow triangle requireing TROUBLESHOOT. I click troubleshoot and it says that there's a "Driver problems" and "Reintalling the driver might fix the problem". I've clicked APPLY FIX and it starts again:
Downloading drivers.........OK
Intalling drivers...............FAILED
"The problem could not be fixed"
Please hlep me if you can in any way, i would be very greatfull!!!!
