GM stock a good opportunity?

I've noticed GM's stock GMGMQ.PK is around $1. Do you think when they emerge from bankruptcy this will go way up? GM was around $6 to $9 before their bancruptcy. Is it worth buying this stock? It could be an easy way to multiply a few thousand dollars.

When they emerge from bankruptcy it will be a new issue of stock, that shareholders will have to buy again. The current stock will be canceled.

Why not.. even if it goes from $1 to $2, you've doubled your money.
