I have a 1994 Astro 4.3 non vortec. I recently replaced the quick disconnect at the intake because the old one had broken, my issue is that the new one I put on is leaking around the fitting where the hose goes in. I don't care much for this design and was wondering if I can bypass the quick disconnect all together...and if so how?
