GM ( chevy) regular maintinance at different dealership?

I have bought car from US and imported to Saudi Arabia. and would like to make the usual checkups ( changing oils, filter, spark plugs etc) ..

so I called them to book a apointment but they refuced to accept it because its not from their shop.

and the agency is one of main suppliers for GM cars in Saudi Arabia

anybody have this issue?

I believe GM warranty and providing service such maintinance is worldwide garantee and providable.

please advice me how to force them to accept the car. by support me with any information from you or from GM
