i love how it slides and the keyboard is so nice
i got the new SW but it still has glitches
is there anyway to make it better

Not really. They way the phone is is how it is. There isn't much you can do to improve it.

But I would recommend contacting Verizon Wireless to see if the issues you are having may actually be a device defect, which may need to get replaced.

Eventually, more software updates will be released to make it better.

yea this is my third glyde
they said if there is another problem they will let me switch models.
any suggestions on a new phone?
