I'm trying to make my own gluten free bread (since there is very limited selections in the super markets where I live.) And I was wondering if anyone knew of some good methods of getting the bread to look, feel, taste, and rise exactly like breads such as French bread rolls or Italian hero/hogy sandwich breads. Some examples I was going by are "Francisco's International" bread rolls as seen here: http://www.franciscobread.com/products-rolls/french-sandwich-6.aspx Any help, pointers and guidance would be much appreciated, thanks.
