glowing in games on pc??

it seems when i play certain games, like grid for instance, when the sun shines down everything glows i mean really glows, happens on counterstrike aswell, like when theres brightness it majorly glows, cant figure it out... any ideas? it doesnt do it on anyone elses game... odd
reducing the monitor brightness does not help at all. basicaly anything that is white in the game glows brightly
 
counter strike is a very low config game which can run on almost on all sys
so if ur sys config is good
and u have a graphic card surly it will glow
reduce the brightness of monitor it will do
