I've had glow in the dark star stickers on my ceiling for ages now. But, they're chunky, big and there aren't many of them. I want to create what looks like an actual night sky on my ceiling...LOADED with tiny stars. I was hoping to get myself some glow in the dark paint, water it down if I needed to and then flick it onto the ceiling with a paint brush and an index card. Creating lots of teeny tiny dots. Think that's possible? I don't know if I can water down glow in the dark paint.
Where could I find it? Could I get it at Michaels? I remember having some at one point...But I don't remember where I got it. I just have glowing splotches on my carpet only visible when my lights are off!
