Global cooling? Why isn't it happening? Could this be why? ?

The Earth is no warmer today than it was 100 hundred years ago. Its not getting warmer either.
 
Okay, I admit that I don't have a doctorate (Dana) but if actual measured temperatures, world wide, have been decreasing since 2002, what are we supposed to call it other than cooling?

Also, the atlantic and pacific oceans are cooling. The Greenland icesheet is expanding, arctic ice is expanding at the fastest rate ever recorded, AND, CO2 levels are still increasing.
