Do you think that if humans can control the emissions of sulfur dioxide and carbon monoxides that are emitted from volcanoes, we can prevent Global warming?

no,nothing, the earth are coming near and near with the sun,so more warming, finally the earth will not suit for living for human, and human should looking for one new earth........
so waste your short life time,no over 100year,save very nimute.......
play,enjoy your life.........

Co2 has never been scientifically linked to Climate Change.

So no, even if we could somehow manage to control the 90 billion tons of Co2 volcanoes spit out a year (that's 84 billion tons more than humans, by the way), the climate is still going to change. At least we're in a cooling trend right now.

Henry, some of your facts are wrong, but you have the general idea.

Water Vapor doesn't lead to Co2. Co2 is BELIEVED to lead to Water Vapor, though it isn't proven. Water Vapor is the main catalyst for global warming. Co2 isn't even a greenhouse gas.

The contribution of natural forcing is grater then anthropogenic CO2.

Actually, water vapor is the leading cause of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. However, less than 0.01% of the gases in our atmosphere are Carbon Dioxide. Global warming is not cause for alarm; it is natural. In fact, it's happening on Mars also! So, in response to your question, no; nature is notoriously uncontrollable.

As far as geoengineering is concerned, cloud seeding is probably the best bet. However, that is a stop-gap measure, not a long-term solution.
